QUALITY MANAGEMENT
MMC’s Quality Management System is designed
in accordance with internationally
recognized ISO 9001:2008 standard and
fulfils all requirements stipulated therein.
Our objectives are full implementation of
our Quality Policy and continual improvement
of the System with aim of maintaining the
high quality of our services supplied to
clients.
MMC’s top management is committed to deliver
the best quality for all the provision for
products and services to its clients either
offshore or onshore.
MMC shall deliver defect-free product s &
services in time and up to the client's
expectation and needs to achieve their
satisfaction without any complaint. MMC is
committed as individual & as a company to
maintain the same level of the quality for
all its performed activities at all the
sites thru the established training
programme either internally or externally at
all levels.
Division Managers, Department Heads and
Supervisors are accountable for ensuring
that Health, Safety and Environmental risks
in their relative respective areas are
identified and those appropriate controls,
corrective & preventive measures are set to
eliminate and mitigate risks to humans and
to the environment. MMC’s Quality Management
Policy is to provide and maintain free
hazards work sites & to establish accident /
incident prevention programme in place in
compliance with national and international
applicable rules and regulations.
MMC Policy requires all the employees at all
levels at all work sites to be held
responsible for their own Health & Safety,
bearing in mind that the environmental
issues protection inclusive Co's assets and
property are mandatory. Employees Health &
Safety act in a professional quality manner
will always be considered in decisions
affecting promotions, salary increase and
continued employment.
